When you generate a deliverable, the résumé, job requisition and details you typed are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini, via the Lovable AI gateway) to produce the draft. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with employers or recruiters.

Your intake, generated documents, tracked jobs, journal entries and thank-you letters are stored in your private account and protected by per-user row-level security. Only you can read them.

Don't paste passwords, government ID numbers, or anything you wouldn't email.

Interview Debrief is an invitation-only feature: it is switched on for an individual account by the Interview Strategist team and is off by default for everyone else.

You are responsible for the legality of anything you upload. Recording an interview without the consent required in your jurisdiction (and the interviewer's) may be unlawful — only upload material you had the right to create, and never upload content you are contractually barred from sharing, such as NDA-protected assessment material. Redact interviewers' names and any third-party personal data before uploading.

Uploaded audio is transcribed and your notes or transcript are sent to our AI provider to generate the analysis. The text and the analysis are stored privately in your account under per-user row-level security, are never shared with employers or recruiters, and are deleted permanently when you delete the debrief.

The scores and recommendations are AI opinions, not an employer's assessment and not legal or employment advice.

Every output is AI-drafted. It can be wrong. Anything the AI could not verify is marked with an amber [Candidate: …] placeholder — you must fill those in and check every date, title, metric and claim before sending anything to a human. You are responsible for what you submit under your name.

Pro is $9/month, billed monthly. Cancel any time from Account → Manage billing; it takes one click and you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fee, no phone call.

The $4.99 Word export is a one-time purchase that adds one export credit to your account.

If something didn't work — a failed export, a duplicate charge, a subscription you meant to cancel — email us and we'll refund it. We'd rather refund you than argue.

Free-access codes grant Pro at no cost. They're intended for people who genuinely can't pay. Each code has a usage cap; sharing one publicly will burn it out.

You can delete anything you create at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove your profile and all associated records.
