Filling in the blanks

Answer bracketed questions after any generation and apply your exact words without rewriting the surrounding draft.

  1. 1

    Find bracketed blanks

A draft may show placeholders such as [Candidate: team size] when needed information is missing.

  2. 2

    Read the questions

The Fill in the blanks panel turns each placeholder into a numbered question.

  3. 3

    Enter exact facts

Type only information you know is true. Skip any question you cannot answer instead of estimating.

  4. 4

    Apply answers

Choose Apply answers. Your words replace the matching placeholders exactly; the surrounding draft is not rewritten.

  5. 5

    Repeat if needed

Unanswered placeholders remain open for another round, and the completed result is saved as a new history version.

Tips

  • Links and checkboxes are not treated as blanks.
  • Review grammar after inserting an answer because your words are preserved exactly.
