Loading vs. removing a job intake

Load an earlier job back into the form safely, or remove an intake you no longer need without deleting its STAR stories.

   Load the job you want

   In Your job intakes, choose Load beside an earlier opportunity. Its résumé, posting and other saved details are copied into the Intake form for review.

   Save to make it active

   Loading does not immediately change the intake used by new drafts. Review the form, make any revisions, then press Save intake. The Unsaved changes message disappears when that job is active.

   Remove an intake from the list

   Choose Remove beside an intake you no longer need and confirm the message. This removes that saved intake row from the list.

   Know what remains

   Removing a job intake does not delete STAR stories already captured from it, and it does not delete a separately tracked job from the Application Bank.
