Troubleshooting

Fixes for slow generations, downloads, stale drafts and being signed out.

   Slow or timed-out generation

   Long documents can take a minute. If one fails, wait a moment and choose Generate again — retries do not create duplicates.

   Download did not start

   Use the fallback download link that appears, or allow downloads for this site in your browser.

3. 3

   Stale draft notice

   If your intake changed since a draft was made, a notice suggests regenerating so the draft matches the current job.

4. 4

   Signed out

   Sessions expire for security. Sign in again; your saved work is still there.
