Understanding your scores
Each answer is scored 1 to 5 on five dimensions, with notes on anything that sounds overstated.
- 1
The five dimensions
Relevance, clarity, credibility, specificity and results. Each is scored from 1 to 5.
- 2
Read the feedback
Under the scores you will see what worked and what to improve, tied to your actual answer.
- 3
Flagged overstatements
If an answer claims more than your résumé or intake supports, it is flagged so you can rephrase honestly.
- 4
Improve the next answer
Apply one piece of feedback at a time. Specific numbers and clear outcomes usually lift several scores at once.
Tips
- A 3 is a solid answer; aim for 4s with concrete results.
- Never add facts in practice that you could not defend in the real interview.
