Your job intakes list

Keep the résumé, posting and notes for each job separate, then return to any saved job without starting over.

  1. 1

    Save a complete intake

On Intake, add the résumé, job posting and supplemental details for one opportunity. Include the employer, target title and requisition number, then press Save intake.

  2. 2

    Find the saved job

The Your job intakes card appears above the form. Each row is labeled with the employer, job title and requisition number, followed by the time it was last saved.

  3. 3

    Save another opportunity

Replace the job-specific information with the next posting and its details, then save again. A different employer, title or requisition number creates a separate row instead of overwriting the earlier job.

  4. 4

    Keep each job distinct

Before generating a draft, check which job is currently in the Intake form. Every new draft uses the active saved intake, while STAR stories already captured from all saved jobs remain in the Story Bank.

Tips

  • Use the real requisition number whenever one is available; it makes similar roles easy to tell apart.
  • Saving the same employer, title and requisition updates that row instead of creating a duplicate.
